Service Pack 9.2.1.9 includes a collection of fixes, mitigations, and cosmetic improvements focused on Finance, Attendance, Membership, and reporting stability. Released April 7th, 2026.

- Resolved an “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” error related to the tab control in the Finance module.
- Fixed an issue where double‑clicking the Print button on Other Reports or within a data grid could generate an error and cause the application to appear unresponsive.
- Corrected an error in the Other Givers report that occurred when long names were present (“The field is too small to accept the amount of data…”).
- Fixed a date‑related error in Month‑at‑a‑Glance that could occur when working with February 29.
- Corrected the Follow‑up tool in Membership so it now returns accurate results when searching by times attended in a past period.
- Fixed an error in Attendance batch entry that could occur when Notes contained a double quotation mark.
- Resolved an issue where starting the Finance module without a completed chart of accounts could generate an invalid selection error.
- Fixed an error that could occur when pasting certain characters into data grid search boxes.
- Corrected an error when updating attendance batch creation settings under Attendance Tools > Settings > Other Settings.
- Fixed an error that occurred when using the Plan button from the Deaths grid to create a follow‑up action.
Mitigations (Stability Improvements)
- Added safeguards to prevent a rare error stating “Invisible or disabled control cannot be activated.”
- Mitigated a periodic error where the application could not open the database due to an inaccessible location.
- Reduced the likelihood of a “Not a valid bookmark” error in certain Finance scenarios.
- Added protections against potential locking or conflict errors when exiting a module while form settings were being saved.
- Mitigated an intermittent “Not a valid bookmark” error that could occur when deleting attendance detail from a grid.
- Improved handling when backing up to a thumb drive or external drive that is not connected, preventing a confusing system error.
- Reduced the likelihood of a rare transaction-related error after posting an attendance batch.
Cosmetic Improvements
- Updated Other Giver Statements so giver names now display in First Last format instead of Last First.
