Service Pack 9.2.1.7 is now available.
This update includes important fixes and several new feature enhancements for Membership, Contributions, Finance, and Reporting.
Fixes
- Dynamic Subgroups – Date Search
Resolved an issue where using the “Not equal to” operator during a date search caused an error message. - Recurrent Template Payments – Total Amount
Fixed a problem where recurrent template payments for charge account and credit card entries were not converting negative totals to positive, resulting in incorrect negative payments. - PCA/PC(USA) Denominational Reports – Text Cut Off
The detail pop-up window for Affiliate or Inactive member criteria now displays all text correctly without cutoff. - Contributions → Explore → Contributors – Graph Copy Issue
Corrected an issue where selecting “By membership, giving” and then clicking Copy did not copy the graph as expected. - Finance-Only Restore – Year
Restoring Finance-only data now correctly updates the Finance year in program settings. - Budget Worksheet – Year-End Forecast
Fixed an issue where the year-end forecast did not calculate correctly for non-calendar fiscal years. - Explore → Weekly Attendance – Duplicate Weeks
Resolved an issue where years containing 53 Sundays could display duplicate weeks at the end of the year.
New Features
- Generic Offering Import – Override Date Option
You can now override the date during a generic offering import so that all imported offerings are placed into a single batch instead of creating separate batches by date. - Generic Offering Import – Support for Email-Based Giving Downloads
The import tool now supports importing offerings from email-based giving exports, such as those provided by Zeffy. - Customized Treasurer’s Report – New Column 5 Option
A new option is available for Column 5 which allows users to subtract Column 3 from Column 4 for customized reporting layouts.
