On occasion, the church may find it needs to loan out items to members of the congregation or even other organizations or people within the community. In this situation you can enter this loan into Shepherd's Staff to keep track of the items that have been loaned out.
Loan records will also show up in the loans tab of an inventory record, so you can quickly see if a particular item has been loaned out, and also that item's loan history.
