Inventory records represent the items that may be used for events and within rooms. By maintaining inventory records, your church can keep stock of what you have on hand, what condition these items are in, how many of a particular item you have, and what the value of these items are.
Inventory can be associated with rooms and events. By referencing the item quantity, Shepherd's Staff can check to see if there is enough of a particular item on hand at a particular time to let you know if there will be conflicts. Typically, Inventory is the second section of the Scheduler module that should be populated, after Rooms.
