Feature
- The General Ledger export now includes a column with the account number altogether.
- When printing checks, the preview window now shows the "go to page/page count" box at the top left, and the verification window shows the printed check count in the lower right.
Cosmetic
- On the Contributions Dashboard, Contributors tab, if you switched from "By category" to "By membership, giving" the Dashboard form suddenly shrank in width.
Change
- When entering money in Contributions and Finance, if you enter just cents you no longer have to type the leading zero. For example, you can now type ".25" instead of "0.25"; the leading zero is automatically added.
Fixed
- After installing service pack 20240824, if your Finance system only had one year of data (e.g., for 2024, running a calendar year), when you went to the Activity/Ledger window you received the error, "The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime." The error did not stop data from appearing, but the "Year" filter was blank.
- In searchable drop lists, if you first dropped the list and then started typing, the search list appeared over the dropped list, but if you clicked on an item in the search list it instead selected the item underneath. In other words, the two different lists were in conflict. The fix is that, if you start typing search criteria when the list is dropped, it now closes the first list before displaying the search list.
- If a person was set up as a Supervisor in one module but only as a User in another module, they could go into User Security and modify their user permission details for that other module. The details button is now disabled if you do not have Supervisor access to the module.
- Exporting from a print preview directly into Word or Excel no longer errors out if the Windows username has spaces in it.
