Shepherd's Staff 2025 Version (9.1.4), release 20250303

Fixed

GENERAL

  • When printing a task list from the ToDo List window for open/upcoming tasks, you could receive the error, "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime."

FINANCE

  • The text on the "Payroll import" tab was accidentally removed in service pack 9.1.3.
  • When clicking on the student name at the top of a Student record in AR, you received an error: "Object variable or with block variable not set." Clicking the name now takes you to the student's Person record in Membership.
  • In Accounts Receivable, in the AR Account record window, if you had a household/student name combination over 50 characters, when you printed a report from the Transactions tab/grid you received the error, "This field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add."
  • If you print one of the "Two-year comparison" Balance Sheets for February, and the prior year was a leap year, any activity on Feb. 29th was being excluded from the balances.
  • If you print a Treasurer Report including data for February for a prior year (e.g., the Customized format or the Period History format), and the prior year was a leap year, and you had activity on Feb. 29th of that year, that activity was excluded from the report.
  • If you used "Get last payment" when adding a new payment for a vendor, and that last payment had already been reconciled/cleared, part of the reconciliation information was carried over to the new payment. This caused the following problems: (1) If a check/EFT, the "Cleared" checkbox would already be marked when you opened the Bank Statement Reconciliation; (2) if a credit card payment, the payment would not appear at all in the Charge Statement Reconciliation.

Features

MEMBERSHIP

  • In the Ministry/Participation tool in Membership, you can now include removed and inactive people in the results, giving you more flexibility. The "Who" combo now has an option for "All members", and there is a new checkbox for "Include removed and inactive people". Note: The checkbox is secondary to, and does not override, the "Who" setting. If the removed/inactive people are excluded by the "Who", checking the box will not add them to the results. For example, the option for "Current members" by definition excludes removed and inactive people, and so selecting to "include removed and inactive" will NOT add removed and inactive people to the results.
  • When printing reports from the Touchpoints Planned and Touchpoints Completed grids, the print preview window now automatically shows the navigation tree on the left if the report groups its contents (saving you having to click the "show tree"
