Due to recently increased security measures on our servers, the process of backing up copying your Shepherd’s Staff database backups to CTS will no longer be effective for users on Shepherd’s Staff version 8.7 or older.
If you want to continue using this feature when running your backups, you will need to upgrade Shepherd’s Staff to version 8.8 or higher. You can do so by using the “Check for updates” link on the login screen and following the prompts, or you can call CTS Software Support at 1-800-346-6120 (Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., CST) for help.
If you are on version 8.8 or higher, or if you do not check the "Upload this backup to CTS" box when you run your backups, you will not be affected.
