Attendance
FIXED
- The number of attendees was inflated in the Posted batches view due to the inclusion of historical counts for the same event.
- Adding a second batch for the exact date and event resulted in an empty batch, with attendees incorrectly assigned to the posted batch. (Posted attendance remained unaffected.)
- Error occurred when printing the Attendance Roster for enrollees only.
Finance
FIXED
- Ledger window was loading slowly for some churches. (Run “Reapply query changes” to apply the fix.)
- General Ledger report for prior years showed incorrect beginning balances for non-calendar fiscal years.
- Startup error in Finance module: “Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.”
Backup & Database
FIXED
- Backup upload to CTS failed if the database path, name, or Windows username contained spaces.
- Backup upload process now provides feedback when the upload is successful.
- “Value cannot be null” error in Switch Database when the location was inaccessible.
CHANGE
- Trap added to detect use of temporary database “OLDCPHDB.MDB”; users are warned and advised to contact CTS.
- “Send backup to CTS” checkbox now defaults to unchecked. Once selected, the setting is remembered per PC.
Labels & Reports
- Label sorting by Carrier Route + Zip Code failed to skip envelopes on the first page when that option was selected.
Membership
- Anniversaries grid included removed people when filtered to “Current members.” (Run “Reapply query changes” to apply the fix.)
