My window is too zoomed in! How do I reset window sizes and settings to their defaults? [FAQ]



Note: If specific parts of your records are being cut off or missing, you may be having a display issue. Steps for this problem can be found here.

If the windows within the modules are too zoomed in or not appearing, 

  • Exit out of the module to the Main Menu
  • In the upper toolbar of Shepherd’s Staff, click Utilities.
  • Click Reset at the bottom of the drop-down menu
  • Your screen settings for all modules
