How to Troubleshoot 3343: Work database is in use and cannot be recreated [FAQ]

  • Close your Shepherd's Staff software
  • Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\CPH Shepherds Staff 8
  • Delete the tsswork.mdb file
  • Reopen Shepherd’s Staff. This will recreate the work database that was deleted.
  • Try to log into Shepherd's Staff.
