Shepherd's Staff 2024 Version (9.0.0), release 20240318

Fixed

FINANCE

  • When printing the "Current month, YTD, budget remaining" or "Current month, YTD, annual budget rem." formats of the Treasurers Reports, in the Book summary section, "-Expense and Dedicated Out" row, the "Remaining" column for year-to-date was incorrectly showing the same amount as the "Remaining" column for the month instead of the year-to-date amount remaining.
  • When printing the "Fund comparison across 5 years" version of the "Giving by month/year/fund" report, the text for really long fund names was bleeding into the date range column.
    • Note: In the fix we now,
      • 1) force the date to use a 2-digit year;
      • 2) reduced the column width for the offering/pledge/count/giver count columns slightly and widened the fund name column;
      • 3) reduced the font size of the date range and fund name from 9 point to 8 point;
      • 4) set the fund name column to wrap the text if it exceeds the column width (which will also create a blank line across the rest of the page).
  • The Budget Worksheet was incorrectly calculating the current budget for a non-calendar Finance year.

Change

FINANCE

  • The Bank Statement Reconciliation reprint utility now lets you reprint a reconciliation for an inactive bank account.
  • On the Bank Statement Reconciliation, the "Save" button has been renamed to "Store" because some customers thought that saving the reconciliation did the same thing as "Post". The Store button saves your work in progress so you can return to it later; the Post button commits the reconciliation to the database, marking all selected activity as Cleared.
