GENERAL
- Improved support throughout Shepherd's Staff for screen readers and buttons that only have a graphic and no visible text.
Fixed
CONTRIBUTIONS
- If users used the "Fix an offering batch posted to the wrong date" utility in Contributions, but the date you changed to was in a different month or year from the original batch date, the offerings did not show up in the correct year and/or month in various grids under Summaries (e.g., "By fund, year (across)", and "By fund year, month"). This is because the ContributionMonth and ContributionYear fields were not getting set correctly by the utility. The fix also looks for existing mismatches in giving records and corrects those.
FINANCE
- In the Account Balances report, when printing the "Budget vs. actual" format, it was not correctly calculating the total "over/under" total if you had months with a zero budget assigned.
- When printing the detail reports from the Recurrent Activity grid, negative numbers for liabilities (e.g., payroll withholdings) were appearing as positive instead of negative.
Change
GENERAL
- Sometimes users would get the message, "There is an error in XML document", when opening a module. This indicates that the grid settings, remembered from the last time the grid was closed, have a problem. Settings will now resave correctly when the grid closes the next time.
- Login window version information now reads "release 9.x, version YYYYMMDD", for clarity (before it just had the word "version", which could cause confusion).
CONTRIBUTIONS
- Added ".vancopayments.com" to acceptable certificates in Vanco to eliminate the certificate error.
FINANCE
- The Bank Reconciliation now allows users to enter a negative beginning and ending balance to accommodate for overdrawn conditions.
- When entering budgets, users can now enter an annual budget and it will proportionally calculate monthly amounts based on last year's actuals, rather than having to manually enter in the percentages.
