Feature
CONTRIBUTIONS
- The Pledge Progress report has a new option to "Include gifts-in-kind in given-to-date", which will add any gifts-in-kind applied to the pledge up through the "Giving as of" date. If selected, the report header includes the text, "Gifts-in-kind included in 'Given as of'".
- The "Giving ranges" tool in Contributions has a new print option that suppresses the detail/breakout, displaying just the range totals.
- The "Giving ranges" tool in Contributions has a new print option that hides giver names.
- When posting an offering batch, it now checks to see if there is already a posted batch for the same date and warns you if one is found. It lets you continue if you wish.
- The Finance deposit number now appears at the far right of the Contribution Batch grid. The column is searchable, but will be blank if the batch was is unposted. There is also a new grid Filter option for "Deposited in Finance".

If adding or copying a journal entry, when you click "Save", it now tests to see if the document number is already in use (in case a user entered and saved another journal entry while another user had an edit window open). However, it does allow users to save the duplicate if they so choose. (It does not autofill with the next available number; to do that, make the journal entry Pending and then reselect it as Completed.)

- When switching databases, system databases were showing that should be hidden.
- Under Switch church database, if you use "Change folder" and do not change the folder but reselect the same database you are in, you would receive the message, "<database name> is not a Shepherd's Staff database!".
MEMBERSHIP
- When purging a person from the archive in Membership, you received the error, "The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'Vendor'."
- On the Person record, Contact section, if you changed the Home phone 1 or 2, it was not saving your change when you clicked "Save". Note: If the home phone 1 or 2 is assigned to the head or spouse cell, then changing it should change the associated cell phone; otherwise, it should change the phone 1 or 2 for the primary household address.
FINANCE

If you had more than 10 lines on a check stub and chose to show year-to-date totals, the totals did not appear for lines 11 to 22.
- If you had more than 10 lines on a check stub, and you chose to show deductions (e.g., liabilities for payroll) as negatives, they were still showing as positive for lines 11 to 22.
- When adding a new check or EFT payment, the bank account's "available balance" at the top of the window was incorrect.

- When switching databases, double-clicking on a database in the list was not selecting that database (i.e., was not auto-clicking the Select button for you).
- When switching databases, if you change the folder, the popup window's title was not concise, which read, "Select a database in the folder desiring to view". It now reads, "Select a database in the desired folder".
FINANCE

Tweaked the message that appears when you start Finance but the Finance data has been checked out to be clear that other modules would not be impacted when only Finance was restored.
