FINANCE

  • The Budget Worksheet was printing the wrong value for "Budget Next Year" on the "Income less Expense" row.

  • On the Vendor add/edit windows, you could enter a city name with more than 25 characters and click Save, and the following error appeared: "This field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add."
  • On the "Vendor activity and summaries" report, if you had an address line 1 or address line 2 more than 35 characters (40 are possible), the city was over 20 characters (25 are allowed), or the e-mail was over 50 characters (100 are allowed), you received the error, "This field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add."
  • On the "Vendor activity and summaries" report, if you had an "account plus account name" longer than 50 characters (63 are possible), you received the error, "This field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add."
  • On the Payment Register report, if you had an invoice number with more than 40 characters (50 are allowed), you received the error, "This field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add."
  • On the General Ledger report, if you had an account name with more than 35 characters (50 are allowed), you received the error, "This field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add."
  • On the activity/ledger window (that appears when you click the Activity button), the running balance column was wrong if you displayed activity for a prior year.  This was because it was using the current year beginning balance instead of getting the one for the selected year.
