You can now "Print selected row" for a Journal Entry, Payment, or Receipt in those three activity views/grids.

- When printing the "Bank balance less dedicated" grid report, and including by-account detail, accounts with neither a beginning balance nor activity are now automatically excluded from the report.
- New message for when there are no current bank balances when including that in a Treasurer Report (the old message made it sound like there was no data for the report).

CONTRIBUTIONS
- When trying to export Shepherd's Staff batches in Contributions, the following error could occur: "Table <n> does not exist.", where "n" is the name of a table. In this case the table name was "Rpt_grdActivityAnalysis".
FINANCE
- On the "Vendor activity and summaries" report, if no data was found matching the criteria, the preview window was still showing (with a blank report).
- An error was occurring when exporting budgets: "Duplicate output alias 'TotalActual'.
