Since all data views contain rows and columns, all views can be exported as an Excel document that can be opened in any spreadsheet application. By default, Shepherd’s Staff® will attempt to open the document in Excel. However, in the main Shepherd’s Staff settings under the Program tab (navigate to System on the main menu > Program Settings > Program), you will find a field to change the default spreadsheet application. You can then edit the document to reorder or remove columns.
To export any view, click the Export button in the command line.
