I am setting up Shepard's Staff accounts for the first time.  I have set up memorials as Dedicated accounts.  What is the best practice to add money allocated to memorials?  Do I add money through the contributions module, or do I create a journal entry, or other method?  Thank you.

  • I set up a Dedicated account for each Memorial. 

    I then set up a Contribution Fund cross-referencing the Memorial account.

    This allows me to post multiple contributions to the memorial and have the contribution appear on each donor’s Contribution Statement.
