Shepherd's Staff 2020 Version (8.8), release 20200109

 FEATURE AND CHANGES

  • Change:  Finance is now available from the toolbar (for the versions of Shepherd’s Staff that include the Finance module).  The button is disabled if the user does not have rights to Finance.

  • Completed:  PC/USA report is ready.

  • Change:  The Church Products menu has been added under the Help menu in the redesigned portion of Shepherd’s Staff (SS Central).

  • Change:  The Church Resources menu has been added under the Help menu in SS Central.

  • Change:  Link to “Connect with CTS” added to the Help menu in SS Central.

  • Change:  Link to Shepherd’s Staff website added to the Help menu in SS Central.

  • Change:  Link to webinars added to Training under the Help menu in SS Central (with the Videos).

FIXES:

  • Fixed: Barcodes were not printing on Contribution Statements.

  • Fixed:  Alternate addresses were not printing on Contribution Statements.

  • Fixed:  Alternate addresses were not printing in the Contributions Pledge Listing Export/Mail Merge.

  • Fixed:  Alternate addresses were not printing on the Contributions Fund Statements/Analysis reports.

  • Fixed:  Alternate addresses were not showing on the Fast Facts window.

  • Fixed:  On the United Methodist annual report, the number of “removed by transfer UMC” was appearing in “removed by transfer non-UMC”, and the number of “removed by transfer non-UMC” was appearing in removed by “death”.  (The total removed was accurate, as was the drill-down list of people for each count.)

  • Fixed: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” when clicking Save on a person record after switching the contents of the tree to a different option under “Show”.

  • Feature:  Added options for 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years to the Inactivity tool.
