This report breaks down Offerings by Contributions Fund, Total Pledged, and Total Unpledged for a date range. For the year end, it's best to run this for the entire year, so you can get a full picture of your pledged vs. unpledged giving for the year. This report also offers a 5-Year Comparison option to show historical figures on giving for your church.
It provides a fast way to see where you stand with a Fund or Pledge drive and always prints for all Funds.
- Access this report by going to Reports and selecting “Fund Summary.”
- You can run this report as a Fund Summary for the date range selected or as a 5-Year Comparison.
- Enter the date range for which you want to run this report.
- Choose if you want the report sorted by fund name or fund number.
- The Include Detail button shows the actual offerings used to calculate the totals.
- Click Preview to view the report or click Print to send the report directly to the printer.
