The Multi-Add utility is used to add multiple Activities, Skills, or Trainings to one person.
Note: Adding Activities uses the existing Activity list. To manage the lists (adding or deleting Activities), use the List Manager.
- A Participation must be chosen (Present, Experience, or Interest) before adding the Activities, Skills, or Trainings. This can be found by going to a person record and selecting the appropriate tab (Activity, Skill, or Training) and then clicking Multi-Add.
- In order to add to this person you will need to move the choices from the left box to the right box. You can do this by either double-clicking them, or highlighting them and clicking on Add.
- If you choose to enter the beginning and end dates for present activities, you will have the benefit of using the “Renew Expired Information” utility to keep those dates current. This utility is covered in the Advanced Membership Manual as well as the Shepherd’s Staff Help System.
- Once finished, click on OK.
