Dropdown / Choice Lists


The Dropdown / Choice Lists report creates a report that reveals all the values under each drop-down list (or option field) in the Membership module. This is a valuable report to have when attempting to clean up the database or to make data entry more consistent.

The report will print out all options, including how many records are using each option. Options that are not being used will be shown in red on the preview.

  1. To access this report, go to Membership and Reports.
  2. Choose “Dropdown / Choice Lists” from the list.
  3. You can choose to print the drop lists from the AST table, the Household records, the Person records, or even Visits and Significant Deaths.
  4. If you want each section to be printed on a different page, make sure to uncheck the Continuous button.
