The Church Roster provides select information and is typically meant for internal use. It contains information on the person including family relationship, age, and membership status.
You can use this report to:
» Be a quick member information reference when preparing for visitation or other event;
» See the members participation and family relationships at a glance;
» Create data cards for your rotary card files.
- Start by choosing whether you want this roster to be displayed by household or by person.
- Once you have that chosen, pick whether you want the roster for all records or just subgroup of records.
- Next choose to show just the primary address or an alternate, if available and in effect.
- Finally choose the supplemental information you want to show on the report from the Include box.
