In the Membership, Attendance, and Contributions modules, you can find a calendar icon in the tool bar at the top of the screen. Clicking this icon opens a reference calendar that can be used to quickly see upcoming or previous events that have been entered using the Scheduler module.
The calendar view does not allow you to edit or change any information. (To edit an event, open the Scheduler module and edit the appropriate Event.) At the top of the calendar are icons to change the month and font size. Clicking the “Room” and “End Time” check boxes will add the event’s room and end time to the view. Holidays are highlighted green and the present date is highlighted yellow. Dates with several events have a scroll bar that can be used to view the details of each event.
Here is how to view the Month at a Glance:
- Click the calendar icon in the tool bar at the top of the screen.
- Click “Tools” in the top menu bar.
Click “Calendar of Events”.
